1955 CHRYSLER WINDSOR CONVERTIBLE

WE JUST SOLD THIS VEHICLE! WAS $25,000- PRICE DRASTICALLY REDUCED TO ONLY $19,995 OBO. We accepted a reasonable offer. And, this car is going to its' new home. 1955 Chrysler Windsor Convertible. There were only 1,395 of these convertibles built. This car is not quite finished. We have rebuilt the top bows so now it needs a top and the hydraulics. This car Runs and Drives Nice and Smooth. Has the original (301 V8), with the original automatic transmission, (shifts smooth). Power steering. This is a super neat looking car. Red exterior, and red and white vinyl interior. Was repainted several years ago, and still looks nice. Always garaged. Interior is older, but still looks good. Glass is good. This car is currently in our museum, and we do drive it, and is it ever fun! As YOU CAN SEE IN SOME PHOTOS, WE HAVE PUT NEW WIDE WHITEWALLS, ON FACTORY CHRYSLER Imperial Wire Wheels. Radio DOES NOT WORK. I did fix windshield wipers and the heater. Does not have factory air conditioning. This car has had a lot of rust repair that was done before we owned this convertible. There are no rusted through spots that we can find. Trunk floor has been replaced. Bumpers are straight and have been rechromed at some time in the past. WE JUST REPLACED THE COMPLETE TAIL LITE ASSEMBLIES AND HOUSINGS. NICE CHROME! This is not a car show car but a REAL NICE looking driver.
