2007 JAGUAR S-TYPE 4.2L V8

1 owner, 12,000 mile, 2007 Jaguar S-Type 4.2L V8 This 2007 Jaguar S-Type, 4.2L was purchased from Jaguar of Great Neck NY, in 2008 after she had been a demo vehicle for a little less than a year and had about 2500 miles on her. New tires and floor mats were installed, and an oil change, was done at that point. The car lived it's entire life in NYC, although registered via the owner's second home in FL. Driven regularly, but not driven very far, the car has only amassed 12,526 miles over the last 17 years, however, the oil has been changed at least 4 times in that span, roughly every 3000 miles. The CarFax shows regular check ups and service, and also some rear damage, which is still present in the way of several good sized scratches in the bumper cover. Being an NYC car, it's amazing there isn't a lot more. There is also a small dent on the left rear wheel well, her son figures it may have happened just before the decision to have Mom not drive anymore was made. Aside from those paint issues, there are 2 very small chips on the sill on the passenger side. The rest of the Frost Blue Pearl paint is gorgeous as is the Ivory leather interior. It is near perfect. The car has now been moved from NYC to her son's home here in CT. Jaguar's were known for Grace, Space and Pace and this S Type exudes all of those. This one gets her pace from a normally aspirated 4.2L V8 that puts out 300 HP and 310 lb ft of torque. That moves this 4800 lb saloon up to 60 MPH in just 6 seconds. The Sport suspension keeps the tires planted and their 245/40/R18 size makes sure they stick. The Grace and Space come in the form of Ivory Connolly leather throughout the interior and all the usual Jaguar accoutrements. Of course, PS, PB (discs F&R), PW, Pwr Mirrors, Power seats/Power headrests, power locks, power tilt/telescope steering wheel, power adjustable pedals, sunroof, Sport mode, traction control (that can be overridden ), Air bags throughout, computerized climate control, navigation, Alpine stereo system, trunk mounted DVD player and 6 disc CD changer, dealer installed Sirius radio, cruise control, steering wheel mounted audio and cruise buttons, fog lights F&R, heated seats, air bag lumbar supports, the rear seats drop down to allow more carrying capacity, and more I'm just simply forgetting. Under the bonnet (that's British for hood..LOL) is clean and crisp with no visible leaks and the engine runs very strong and smooth. The 6 speed auto trans shifts as it should and when in sport mode allows the engine to wind up a bit more to ring out all of those horses. The trunk is like new and the underbody shows only a few spots of the expected surface corrosion. I mean, really, it is exactly what one should expect from a 1 owner, 12K mile car. Absolutely turn key, tires are date coded 1517, and having been garaged since installation, are fine for a few more years. Yes, this could be a great daily driver, but why waste such a nice car by driving in inclement weather. Use her as a great summer driver and heck, it allows you membership in all the Jaguar clubs across the USA. The asking price is $10,200 which is a couple grand less than the CarFax listed value. Any questions, for many more photos and video, to schedule a time to see her in person or simply to make an offer, please don't hesitate to contact me. Thanks for the interest.
