1931 Ford Model A Hotrod Pickup Truck. All American Red, White and Blue! Professionally built in Virginia in 2008. Imported to Canada 2009. All original Henry Ford Steel body has been chopped 2 inches and channeled 4 inches. Comfortable for people up to about 6 feet tall. It sits on it's original frame, now boxed with some tube steel additions and finished in black enamel. '32 Ford grill finishes it off. 15-inch Smoothies in red with V8 half moon center caps, chrome trim rings and BFG wide whites complete the look. Up front rides a 1968 Chevy 327 rebuilt with comp cams roller rockers and hydraulic roller cam (Thumpr series). Edelbrock aluminium chambered heads with Edelbrock intake topped with three Red Rochester 2-barrels and be-hive air cleaners. Stainless exhaust from tip to tip means it sounds just like a hot rod should! Backed by a NV3500 5-speed manual transmission. 4-wheel Willwood disc brakes bring the whole 2200 lb hot rod to a stop nicely. '32 Ford dash inside with full VDO gauges. White marine vinyl upholstery and door panels are very nice. '56 Chev column with auto cancel turn signals. Willwood racing reverse mount dual brake and clutch masters are mounted under the dash along with a dry cell battery. All new fuse block and wiring harness done very well. Tilt-out windshield provides the air conditioning and a new electric wiper has been added. Too many details to list here, but nothing has been overlooked in this build. 4800 Miles on the clock since it was built, so it's a proven driver. Shows great and drives great too!
