2007 Fleetwood Tioga 31ft Class C Motorhome 1 Slide Out Only 29,000 miles. Well maintained with all the paperwork. Title in hand. The interior and furniture is in great shape and barely used. It has one slide out on the driver's side where the couch and dining table are located. Batteries have been replaced not long ago and all tires are new with hardly no wear. It does need some TLC as it has set in the driveway undriven for a good bit. The carpet around the driver and passenger seats could use a cleaning and there are some small nicks in the driver's seat. One piece of trim behind the passenger seat needs to be fixed and one of the overhead lights in the galley needs a cover. With only 29,000 miles it's obvious it was used very little.
