We replaced the linoleum with engineered hardwood planks with sound dampening padding attached to them as well a high efficiency underlayment that adds more insulation and step silencing. I have been sealing all the cracks in the door and furnace system to get the heating and cooling efficiency up. Also adding a couple outlets and spreading out the circuits on multiple breakers for less load on each breaker. We have replaced all of the shades in the RV with fresh custom-made shades. There are belly boxes on the outside all the way around the RV. It comes with a car towing package ready to flat toe a vehicle behind the RV. The roof has been freshly sealed and maintained. The water heater has been upgraded to be able to heat water with both propane and AC power. The fridge also runs on both propane and AC power.
