Lost and Found 1970 Lamborghini Miura P400 S: One of 338
This 1970 Lamborghini Miura P400 S is one of just 338 produced and represents the birth of the supercar. Just out of an estate where it's been sitting in undisturbed storage for several years. It's missing its drivetrain and much of its interior and trim. Whatever is seen in the photos comes included in the sale. Whatever is not seen has gone missing at some point in the car's life.
The updated Miura S was introduced in 1968 with 20 more horsepower being coaxed from the Miura?s 4.0-liter V-12, bringing total output to 370 horsepower. In its time, the Miura S was one of the fastest road-going automobiles on the market. It also featured chrome headlight bezels set within the familiar eyelashes, as well as chrome-plated exterior window trim and the addition of an S badge to the rear. Inside, the P400 S benefited from higher-quality interior trim throughout and a revised instrument layout.
