This one is pretty special to us, as the frame up restoration was completed, start to finish, buy the guys in the Rod's Hotrods service shop! Just done, and detailed, this GOAT is pretty cool. Built in the Baltimore plant, it was shipped as general zone stock to Calgary, Alberta on January 8, 1969. Originally in Expresso Brown, it now wears Carousel Red (orange) and has just been freshly painted! The 400-4-bbl Big block has been gone through and runs great. All new exhaust just completed at Competition Muffler in Saskatoon. Factory equipment includes blower-type rear window defogger, front buckets and console, heavy duty front and rear suspension, 3.55 ratio rear axles. Power brakes with single-piston front discs, TH-400 3-speed auto, power steering, pushbutton AM radio, rear adjustable air-ride shocks with on-board compressor and under-dash controls and deluxe seatbelts. Canadian vintage vehicle services documentation comes with the car! The restoration on this GTO has just been completed and shows very nicely. Undercoating is all new, and trunk is refinished in correct factory splatter paint. The rear bumper is brand new, and all the rubber door trim/gaskets and seals have been replaced on the body. Suspension and brake work is all complete with new bushings and ball joints, and brakes are fresh. Inside all new headliner, carpets, front seat skins in the factory correct parchment and a brand new dash pad. Factory Steel wheels and wheel trim covers have been upgraded to torque thrusts with new rubber all around.
