This custom 1969 Corvette LS9 resto-mod is nicknamed the "The Redefiner" that underwent a no expense multi-year build. Power comes from a GM 638 hp crate LS9 supercharged engine paired with a 4L80E automatic transmission.
Underneath is a custom-built powder coated Street Shop Inc. chassis featuring a C7 Corvette front suspension. Outback is a Dodge Viper Style independent rear end along with coil over suspension. On all four corners are custom staggered wheels set up with 275/35/18 tires in the front and 325/30/19 tires in the rear. Billet Specialties supplied the wheels that are wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport tires.
Stopping power comes from powder coated six piston brake calipers that are color matched to the striping on hood and on the custom frame.
The interior features a new set of tan upholstered custom seats and a custom center console. Set in the dash are digital gauges and to help your driving comfort is a tilt steering column. The air conditioning and heat are by way of Classic Auto. The radio is upgraded to Bluetooth with Polk Audio speakers and amplifier.
It has been less than 300 miles since the build was completed and all the custom chassis and suspension work make this C3 Vette drive, ride, and handle like a modern supercar.
