• Featured in early-1980s Car Craft magazine “Cruising USA” coverage, including the article “Night Moves - Cruisin’ Detroit in a Cammer Ford.” Also pictured as a cover feature in Super Ford magazine, May 1988.
• Ford created the SOHC 427 “Cammer” engine in 1964 to compete with Chrysler’s Hemi in NASCAR, but NASCAR banned it before it could dominate stock car racing — giving the engine an almost mythical status among Ford enthusiasts.
