Superformanace is the industry standard and is the only manufacture that was chosen by Carrol Shelby when building Shelby licensed continuation series. This desirable Superformance Cobra is an incredible deal at the price we are selling it for, because when the fully assembled Cobra car and chassis was being transported from the factory, minus the engine and transmission, was lightly damaged in transport before receiving it's drivetrain. Normally, the fully assembled car, minus the drive train. from the factory, sells for over $90,000 alone without the choice of drive train or any upgraded options and comes with fully assembled leather interior, independent suspension and Wilwood 4-wheel disc brakes. The trunk lid was damaged and replaced, the rear quarter had a minor crack that was professionally repaired and the car had a few minor nicks in a couple areas that were also repaired and repainted. Because of the sustained damage, Superfromance could no longer sell the fully assembled chassis as new and choose to sell the car at auction. A professional restoration shop purchased the fully assembled car/chassis and made the car as good as new and installed the correct preassembled $33,500, Shelby drivetrain, including aluminum Roush 427SR Stroker V-Eight engine set up and TKX 5-Speed engine, upgraded side exhaust option and the car was inspected by the Nebraska DOT and now has a rebuilt title to show the damage has been repaired correctly and it is ready for the road.
