The Chevy C-1500 is a light-duty, rear-wheel-drive half-ton pickup truck from Chevrolet's C/K series, produced from 1988 to 2000 The 1997 C-1500 was part of the fourth generation C/K series and this pickup is a fine example of Chevy's popular fleetside 2-WD model.
Partial Restoration with Upgrades-
This solid regular cab C-1500 is in overall good condition. The Victory Red exterior has been refinished and features include nice chrome, pinstriping and Pacer chrome alloy wheels that mount 15" Cooper radials. The full-sized bed is in good condition and equipped with a three-piece fiberglass cover. A ball-hitch is fitted on the rear bumper. The grey vinyl interior is also in good condition " upholstery, door cards, dash and headliner all present very well. Convenience options include A/C, tinted windows, full gauge cluster with tach and dual front air bags. The Chevy has been fitted with a 300-watt 4CH Power Acoustik AM/FM/USB/Bluetooth sound system with 5.5" screen.
4.3L Vortec Power-
The C-1500 is powered by Chevy's 4.3L Vortec V6 factory rated at 195bhp. It is equipped with Central Sequential Fuel Injection (CSFI) and is backed by a 4-speed automatic/OD transmission and stock differential. The chassis is equipped with power steering and ABS power disc/drum brakes.
This classic C-1500 will not be without a garage for long - take it home for work or play.
