1939 Ford Standard two-door sedan. A largely original style example with its signature flathead V8 engine and a 3-speed manual transmission. While showing wear and character such as cracked side glass, minor dings, and paint wear, it remains authentic and very drivable. Retaining many original appearing components inside and out, including the fabric seating, door panels, headliner, and steering wheel. The original 6-volt electrical system powers basic functions. Riding on painted steel wheels with center caps, and wide white wall tires. The tires show their age. A newer battery and newer fuel pump has been installed. The fuel gauge and odometer, are inop. Included with the car are extra parts like an additional wheel and miscellaneous maintenance items such as oil filters, fuel and thermostat parts. To open the hood, turn the hood ornament. The gauges are functional including temp, amps, and oil pressure. The wipers and blower motor also work. On the road the clutch and shifting work with ease, a classic flathead V8 engine note, and overall original feel.
