Gateway Classic Cars of San Antonio/Austin is proud to present this 1999 Cadillac DeVille, finished in Dark Caribe Metallic over a Shale and Neutral leather interior. The combination complements the DeVille's traditional Cadillac styling, with a long, substantial body and chrome exterior accents providing the classic American luxury appearance associated with the model.
Power comes from Cadillac's 4.6-liter Northstar V8 paired with a 4T80-E 4-speed automatic transmission. This front-wheel-drive powertrain was a signature combination for Cadillac during the era and provides the DeVille with V8 power through a smooth-shifting automatic transmission.
Inside, the Shale and Neutral leather interior offers the spacious and comfort-focused cabin expected from Cadillac's full-size luxury sedan. Equipment includes air conditioning, an AM/FM radio, cruise control, power windows, and power locks.
Power steering and power brakes add to the DeVille's convenience, while its full-size proportions and luxury-oriented design reflect Cadillac's emphasis on comfortable highway cruising. The exterior retains the formal grille, vertical taillights, and clean body lines that made this generation of DeVille immediately recognizable.
One interesting detail about the 1999 DeVille is that it marked the final year of its generation, which had been in production since 1994. It also carried Cadillac's 4.6-liter Northstar V8, an engine that became a defining part of Cadillac's performance and luxury identity throughout the 1990s.
